Over the past week, we witnessed a global consensus spring into action. The first mission of the Meta Earth Global UBI Initiative—our "From E to Emergency" campaign in the Philippines—is now complete. Aid has been successfully delivered to Davao and Cebu, regions reeling from the dual impact of recent earthquakes and a severe typhoon. This was more than the delivery of 1,000 "Hope Packages"; it was the fulfillment of a promise. We not only validated the "E" gesture as a powerful tool for global mobilization but also demonstrated the unwavering courage and commitment of the Meta Earth community to our mission: "Empowering Lives, Building Hope." We are proud to announce that "From E to Emergency" is officially complete. This is not an end; it is the formal beginning of the Global UBI Initiative. I. The Mission: From Consensus to ImpactFrom November 4-10, the response from our global community was immediate and powerful. • A Practice in Consensus: The "E" gestures we received transcended language, ethnicity, and class. We saw many participants whose own living situations were modest, yet the Global UBI Initiative empowered them to send tangible goodwill across oceans, transforming it into real supplies for families in need. • A Promise Fulfilled: On November 8-9, the Meta Earth team, our community Navigators, and Builders, partnered with local NGO One Race For Filipino Services. Together, we hand-delivered 1,000 "Hope Packages" to affected residents in Davao and Cebu, reaching hundreds of families who had lost nearly all their possessions in the disasters. • A Test of Courage: Just before our team’s arrival in Cebu, a new typhoon struck, placing the Philippines under a National State of Calamity. Faced with flight delays and impassable roads, the team did not turn back. Our representative, Irene Guarnieri, took five flights in four days to lead the team and ensure the aid reached its destination. This resilience is the true meaning of "From E to Emergency." • A Record of Honor: The X (Twitter) usernames of all participants are now being compiled for the official campaign documentary. This "badge of honor" will be permanently recorded, a testament to the first major mission of the Global UBI Initiative. II. The Philosophy: Validating "Unconditional" EmpowermentAs we stated in our launch announcement, this mission was a real-world test of the UBI spirit. The "E" consensus was built on three pillars, and the Philippines mission validated each one: • Equality: We proved that "zero-barrier" philanthropy is possible. When goodwill is detached from wealth, the broadest possible global consensus can be activated. • Ecology: We insisted on 100% local procurement, injecting all resources into the fragile, post-disaster economy. This is not a one-way handout; it is a closed-loop practice of "co-existing aid and empowerment." • Earth: We connected the global community. The "E" gesture from a farmer in Kenya and the tweet from a student in Tokyo truly became food for a child in the Philippines. Amidst the ruins in Cebu, we confirmed this truth: Traditional aid often says, "You get what I give you," which denies recipients the power of choice. The core of UBI, however, is to "provide a daily unconditional basic income and the means to continuously increase it," giving people the foundation to withstand risk and defending their dignity to choose their own lives. III. The Next Chapter: From Aid to Sustainable EmpowermentThe conclusion of "From E to Emergency" marks the formal start of the Global UBI Initiative roadmap. Our mission has now shifted from emergency aid to sustainable empowerment. • Near-Term | Deepening Roots in the Philippines: Our local node community is already selecting 200 affected families. These "seed families" will receive personalized training, helping them activate their ME ID, learn to collect their daily basic income within the Meta Earth ecosystem, and explore ways to increase their earnings, thus beginning a truly sustainable UBI philanthropic path. • Future | From Africa to the World: Using the data from our Philippines mission as a cornerstone, we will follow our established roadmap: º In 2026, we will bring the Global UBI Initiative to Africa. º By 2028, we aim to cover over 20 countries, working with international organizations to drive the Global UBI Initiative forward and build a dynamic, visual "Global Digital Philanthropy Map." IV. Conclusion: The Journey ContinuesThe road to advancing UBI is long. But the smiles of the Filipino children and the warmth of the global "E" gestures have given us our answer.Meta Earth will continue to leverage blockchain technology to build a future where everyone can participate equally. We thank every community member who joined #ShowTheEforPH, our partners at One Race For Filipino Services for their invaluable collaboration, and the Meta Earth team for their courage and dedication. The Global UBI Initiative, from this day, officially sets sail. Follow our official channels for the latest updates:Website｜X｜Telegram｜Discord｜Instagram｜YouTube｜TikTok｜Linkedin Meta Earth2025-11-12

First Mission Complete: "From E to Emergency" Concludes as Global UBI Initiative Sets Sail

In October 2025, a powerful earthquake and subsequent aftershocks struck southern Luzon in the Philippines, leaving tens of thousands of families facing dire shortages of essential supplies. Disaster is relentless, but human consensus and connection can cross oceans. As a global, inclusive digital ecosystem, Meta Earth is built on the cornerstone of UBI (Unconditional Basic Income) as our core token economic model. Through this UBI mechanism, we are dedicated to providing a fair and unconditional digital starting point for all global users. This isn't just about providing continuous economic income to every ME ID holder; it's about ensuring everyone has an equal right to create and contribute. Our commitment extends beyond providing sustained economic support in times of normalcy—it is about delivering unconditional, foundational security in times of crisis. We recognize that the pain points of traditional disaster relief—response lags, trust deficits, and high barriers to participation—are precisely the core issues that blockchain technology and the UBI philosophy are positioned to solve. To this end, Meta Earth has launched the Global UBI Initiative, dedicated to "Empowering Lives, Building Hope." We are urgently activating our first campaign, "From E to Emergency," to support those affected in the Philippines, transforming our digital consensus into the physical aid this region so desperately needs. I. Action Details: The "E" Gesture, a Zero-Barrier Global Relay of Goodwill We call on all members of our global community to respond immediately. This is not a traditional fundraiser; it is a zero-barrier, "consensus-building" action that anyone can join. • Campaign Period: November 4, 2025 – November 10, 2025 • How to Participate: a. Go to the official Meta Earth X (formerly Twitter) account. b. Quote (QT) the pinned campaign tweet. c. Attach a photo or image of yourself making the "E" gesture. d. Copy and paste the designated campaign text and the hashtag #ShowTheEforPH. • Our Commitment: a. Physical Aid: Every valid participation will be converted into one unit of real relief supplies. Meta Earth will, on behalf of all participants, procure essential supplies (rice, clean water, canned goods) locally in the Philippines. These will be distributed in partnership with One Race For Filipino Services in Davao on November 8 and Cebu on November 9. b. Empowerment Through Recognition: The X (Twitter) username of every successful participant will be permanently featured in the closing credits of the official campaign documentary. This is more than a simple thank you; it is a traceable, shareable, and lasting digital "badge of honor" for taking part in building this global consensus. II. The Core Philosophy: Why the "E" Gesture Embodies the UBI Spirit The cornerstone of the Meta Earth Global UBI Initiative is "Unconditional." We firmly believe that the right to express goodwill should be just as equal as the right to receive economic support.

"E" is for Equality: Traditional charity is often tied to wealth. The core of the "From E to Emergency" campaign is to shift the action from "donation" to "declaration." Regardless of your country or background, the value of one "E" gesture is equal to all others. This is a direct extension of the UBI philosophy of "equal access to empowerment"—the value of goodwill is about willingness, not wealth.

"E" is for Ecology: We insist on 100% local procurement, rejecting an "airdrop" model of relief. This ensures supplies match local needs and simultaneously injects immediate vitality into the fragile post-disaster economy. The goal of UBI is not one-way charity, but the construction of a sustainable, closed-loop ecosystem where "aid and empowerment coexist."

"E" is for Earth: The "E" is a call from our shared planet. The earthquake in the Philippines is not one nation's tragedy, but a shared global challenge. As a universal symbol that transcends language, the "E" gesture unites people of all backgrounds and beliefs around a single consensus: we share one Earth, and our fates are intertwined.

From "E" Consensus to "Emergency" Response These three pillars—Equality, Ecology, and Earth—form the spiritual core of the "E" consensus. The "E" gesture itself is a zero-barrier social consensus mechanism. It enables the Meta Earth ecosystem to instantly capture the collective will of our global community and immediately activate an Emergency response, shattering the geographic and procedural barriers of traditional aid. This is the true meaning of "From E to Emergency": starting from the consensus represented by "E" (Equality, Ecology, Earth) to deliver a precise response to the most urgent "Emergency." It is a powerful demonstration of the resilience and mobilization capabilities of a global community guided by the UBI economic model. III. Future Vision: Building the New Standard for On-Chain Philanthropy, Starting in the Philippines The Philippines is the first stop on the map for the Meta Earth Global UBI Initiative, but it is far from the last.We know that true trust requires technological guarantees. As a high-performance, modular public chain, Meta Earth's long-term goal is to drive the standardization of an "on-chain philanthropic relief protocol." In the future, we will leverage the technical advantages of the ME Network to progressively implement:

ME ID as a digital identity credential for all global volunteers.

Smart contracts to govern the flow of funds, making them transparent and traceable.

Decentralized oracle verification mechanisms to audit relief outcomes.

And finally, the construction of a dynamic, visual "Global Digital Philanthropy Map," allowing the power of every consensus to be clearly seen.

IV. Act Now: Consensus is Instant, Goodwill Can't Wait Disaster does not wait. Families in the Philippines are waiting for help.We call on all ME ID holders, all ecosystem co-builders, and all global citizens who care about our shared human destiny to join this action immediately.Your "E" gesture is not just a unit of supplies sent to the Philippines; it is a vote for a more equal, transparent, and compassionate world. Act now. 「From_E_to_Emergency」が正式に完了したことを。 III.

最初のミッション完了：「From E to Emergency」が終了し、Global UBI Initiativeが出航

これが「From E to Emergency」の真の意味です。 III.
