At least one testable core feature must run on ME Network.
Describe the project's existing foundation. Only additions and improvements made during the competition will be judged.
All prizes will be paid in the equivalent amount of USDT, based on the exchange rate on the payment date.
After judging, the results will be reviewed and confirmed, then officially announced at the awards ceremony.
If 50 or more teams participate, the prize pool will be distributed at the full amount of NT$250,000; if fewer than 50 teams participate, the total prize pool will be adjusted to NT$187,500. We aim to get as much reward as possible into developers' hands—the more teams that join, the more everyone can share. Final reward details will be announced based on actual participation.
Each team must have 3–5 members. Solo entries are not accepted.
