“Meta Earth 2025 Annual Node Rewards & User Incentive Policies”.

Following a complete verification of all node votes, we confirm that the proposal has been officially approved by the required majority.

Voting Summary:

• Voting Period: April 13, 2025 (00:00:00 UTC+0) – April 15, 2025 (23:59:59 UTC+0)

• Result: Approved (Majority support from participating nodes, exceeding 50%)

Next Steps:

With the proposal successfully passed, the Meta Earth Association will begin full-scale implementation of the following four policies starting from April 17, 2025:

1. Extension of Node Operating Company Reward Policy:

• The existing node reward mechanism, originally set to expire on April 16, 2025, will be extended through April 30, 2027;

• This provides long-term financial continuity to node operators, enabling consistent user growth efforts, community building, and localized outreach;

• The extension aims to foster decentralized governance and sustain strategic development in various regions.

2. Optimization of Daily User Check-In Rewards:

• Policy Period: May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026

• Check-ins will be executed on a dedicated Rollup Chain for efficiency;

• All ME ID users are eligible to participate, with the first check-in free and rewarded with 0.0001 MEC;

• Daily check-in rewards increase by 0.0001 MEC per day, up to a maximum 30x multiplier (0.003 MEC/day);

• Users may retroactively check in for up to 7 missed days at 0.01 MEC per day;

• If no retroactive check-in is performed, the reward streak resets to base;

• Gas Fee per check-in (except first): 0.0001 MEC

• Allocation: 10% to Association, 70% to Global Treasury, 20% to Node Managers;

• Each user check-in also generates a 0.003 MEC reward to the corresponding regional node;

• All rewards are funded by regional node treasuries.

3. Continuation of Monthly MEC Rewards:

• Policy Period: May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026

• All KYC-verified ME ID holders will receive 0.01 MEC per month;

• Total monthly rewards are capped at 1% of each node’s treasury revenue;

• If the total amount exceeds the cap, rewards are distributed equally across all verified users;

• Payout Window: 1st to 7th of the following month;

• Reward flow: Regional Treasury → Governance Reward Pool → Verified Users.

4. Enhanced Node-Based User Acquisition Incentives:

• Policy Period: April 17, 2025 – April 30, 2026

• Each successful KYC-verified user invited by a node generates 0.1 MEC for that node;

• Payouts are settled the day following successful verification;

• Rewards are funded by the regional node treasury.
