We are excited to share a proposal for an engaging initiative called the "Show the 'E'" activity, which we believe will significantly contribute to the growth and expansion of the Meta Earth community. This activity is designed to incentivize Meta Earth global ME ID users to actively promote E culture through additional airdrop rewards. This initiative aims to provide community users with more benefits, significantly enhance the influence of Meta Earth, and attract new users through cultural interaction. By doing so, we aim to expand the reach of Meta Earth and strengthen its community.

Event Details & Rewards Structure:

1. E Culture: Meaning and Impact

Meta Earth! ME, My Way! Show the "E"! The "E" stands for Equality, Ecology, and Earth. "Show the "E"" is a symbol, a sign, and a powerful personal statement, demonstrating your commitment to upholding equality and protecting ecological sustainability, while showing the world just how important it all is! ME, My Way! Show the "E"!

2. Objective and Vision:

As the Meta Earth community grows, we aim to reach new milestones by spreading E culture globally. This initiative aspires to make Meta Earth a more united and influential global community. By promoting the belief in equality and ecological protection (ecology), we can collectively work towards a better Earth. The activity encourages every user to step outside, showcase E culture to friends and the world, and inspire more people to join Meta Earth. Together, we can act on the land we cherish to uphold sovereignty, equality, and ecological sustainability.

3. Activity Details:

  3.1. Eligibility: All ME ID users are eligible to participate without registration.

 3.2. Duration: The activity is planned to last 12 months. The ME association will determine the specific start date based on preparation progress, and timely implementation is recommended.

 3.3. Platform: The activity will be conducted via ME Pass, where a dedicated "Show the 'E'" section will be created for convenience and on-chain traceability.

  3.4. Participation Methods: Users can participate in two formats, with a maximum reward of 0.3 MEC per month for engaging in both.

     3.4.1. Photo Format

          i. Take photos next to landmarks in any city, showcasing the E gesture (at least 2 different photos).

           ii. Post the photos (minimum 2) along with the "Show the 'E'" poster (downloadable from ME Pass) on X/Facebook/Instagram with the required captions (detailed below).

           iii. After the post receives 100 likes, take a screenshot and submit it along with the content link on the "Show the 'E'" section in ME Pass.

           iv. Upon approval, users will receive 0.1 MEC as an airdrop reward.

     3.4.2. Video Format

          i. Record a video next to landmarks, showcasing the E gesture and saying: "Meta Earth! I'm in [City Name], welcome to [Country Name] Community. Join ME! Become a Meta Earth explorer! ME, My Way!"

          ii. Post the video on TikTok/YouTube/Instagram with the required captions (detailed below).

           iii. After the post receives 100 likes, take a screenshot and submit it along with the content link on the "Show the 'E'" section in ME Pass.

           iv. Upon approval, users will receive 0.2 MEC as an airdrop reward.

     3.4.3. Content Requirements:

           i. Must include the phrases:

           · Meta Earth! ME, My Way! Show the 'E'!

           · I'm in [City Name], welcome to [Country Name] Community. Join ME! Become a Meta Earth explorer! ME, My Way!

          ii. Must include hashtags:

           iii. Tag two friends and the official accounts as follows:

               • X official account: @_MetaEarth_,

               • Facebook official account: @metaearthofficial,

               • TikTok official account: @metaearth_official.

           iv. Social media content must not be deleted. Monthly submissions will be reviewed against past entries to prevent duplicate submissions.

4. Review and Rewards:

  4.1. Review Process

      4.1.1. Users submit their entries for review in the "Show the 'E'" section on ME Pass. Each submission will be assigned a unique "show code" and uploaded on-chain.

      4.1.2. Entries submitted within a given month will be reviewed between the 16(th) and 25(th) of the following month to ensure at least 15 days of visibility of the contents.

     4.1.3. Review results, including the "show code," will also be published on-chain.

 4.2. Rewards

      4.2.1. ME ID holders participating in the photo format and passing the review will receive 0.1 MEC per month.

      4.2.2. Those participating in the video format will receive 0.2 MEC per month.

      4.2.3. Each user can participate once per month in each format, with a maximum monthly reward of 0.3 MEC.

  4.3. Reward Distribution

      4.3.1. Rewards will be distributed after approval between the 26(th) and end of each month.

      4.3.2. Rewards will be supported by the treasury of the respective regional nodes.

5. User-Generated Content Agreement:

 5.1. As part of the "Show the 'E'" activity, it is necessary to establish clear and comprehensive licensing and usage terms for user-generated content. These terms need to define the rights granted to Meta Earth by participants, ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, and provide transparency in the use of submissions.

  5.2. Proposed Licensing and Usage Terms:

      5.2.1. By participating in the "Show the E" activity, users grant Meta Earth a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and publicly present the submitted photos, videos, tweets, and other materials (collectively referred to as " User-Generated Content ").

      5.2.2. This license includes but is not limited to promotion, marketing, and advertising on Meta Earth's social media accounts, websites, and other related platforms.

      5.2.3. Participants will confirm that:

          i. They own all necessary rights to the User-Generated Content and can grant this license.

          ii. Meta Earth's use of the User-Generated Content does not infringe any third-party rights or laws.

          iii. Participants can withdraw consent at any time through written notice, but prior use of the User-Generated Content will remain valid.

6. Positive Impacts:

  6.1. The proposed activity will promote E culture globally, inspiring more people to join the Meta Earth community and contribute to sovereignty, equality, and ecological sustainability.

  6.2. By showcasing E culture, Meta Earth users will gain additional rewards, improving their well-being and happiness.

  6.3. Increased participation will foster a sense of belonging and pride among users, enhancing community engagement and loyalty.

  6.4. The activity ensures fairness and transparency by leveraging on-chain data for participation and reward distribution.

7. Voting Process:

  7.1. To cast your vote, send any amount of MEC to the following voting address:

       “AGREE” to approve the proposal

       “REGECT to oppose the proposal

  7.3. Voting Period:

       Start Date: 00:00:00 on January 24, 2025 (UTC+0)

       End Date: 23:59:59 on January 26, 2025 (UTC+0)

       Approval Threshold: More than 50% of the votes must be in favor for the proposal to pass.
