The Meta Earth Association is pleased to announce the launch of a strategic initiative to establish and develop node companies across key regions as part of the ME Project. This initiative, which takes effect immediately upon approval and will continue through April 16, 2025, is designed to enhance local market presence, accelerate user adoption, and ensure the successful global expansion of our network.

Key Objectives:

· Market Expansion: Establish node companies in target regions to enhance visibility and market presence, facilitating the ME Project’s growth.

· Adoption and Growth: Implement tailored marketing strategies to boost regional adoption of the ME Project’s offerings.

· Local Engagement: Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.

· Regional Adaptation: Align project offerings with local cultural, legal, and economic conditions.

· Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations and enhance management control through localized node companies.

· Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations to mitigate risks and support smooth implementation.

Support Plan:

The Meta Earth Association will provide comprehensive support to node companies, including:

· Incentives: A performance-based reward system to drive user adoption and growth.

· Training and Marketing Support: Resources and training to effectively promote and manage the ME Project.

· Technical Assistance: Ongoing technical support to address challenges.

· Performance Monitoring: Regular evaluations and feedback to optimize strategies.

· Resource Allocation: Provision of necessary tools and funding for operations.

· Compliance Support: Legal guidance to navigate local regulations.

Reward Structure:

Each new user registration will result in a reward of 2 MEC, securely distributed to local node managers' management address from the corresponding district treasury address. Periodic reviews will assess and adjust the reward structure to ensure alignment with the ME Project’s goals.

Voting Invitation:

We invite the managers of the existing 37 nodes to actively engage in the decision-making process by voting on this proposal. Approval will be granted if more than 50% of the votes are in favor. Your participation is crucial in shaping the future of the ME Project and ensuring it aligns with the community’s vision. By casting your vote, you contribute to the successful implementation of a strategy that will drive growth and fortify our global network.
