º Security Enhancements: Strengthened parameter validation for Meta Earth public chain APIs and added scenario-specific validation rules. For example, NFT minting now validates the minting quantity to prevent it from exceeding the total issuance limit;
º Rule Adjustments: Optimized certain underlying rules of the Meta Earth public chain and completed the EVM Chain ID adjustment to improve network configuration standards and compatibility;

II. Next Steps
According to the on-chain governance rules, following the proposal's approval, the ME Network will automatically execute the V2.0.16 version upgrade upon reaching the specified block height as outlined in the proposal.
