Voting Rules• Options: &nbsp; ￮ Support (AGREE): Agree to execute the on-chain V2.0.13 upgrade. &nbsp; ￮ Oppose (REJECT): Reject this upgrade and retain the current protocol version.• Weight Calculation: Each zone validator node of an ME Hub (excluding the Experience Zone) holds one vote.• Passing Criteria: Affirmative votes must account for more than 50% of the total number of running nodes participating in the vote.
