The Meta Earth website, ME Pass application, and any related interfaces, tools, or services (collectively, the “Platform”) are operated and made available by the Meta Earth Association (the “Association”), domiciled in Zug, Switzerland. The Association supports the development of decentralized infrastructure technologies and is structured on-chain as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). By accessing or using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Offer or Financial Advice

The information made available through the Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any tokens or other assets, nor does it constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing on this Platform should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of income, returns, or value appreciation. Users should seek independent legal and financial advice before engaging with any part of the Platform.

2. Decentralized and Non-Custodial Nature

The Platform operates in a decentralized, non-custodial manner. The Association does not provide custody of any user assets, nor does it exert unilateral control over smart contracts, validators, or user accounts. Users retain full control of their private keys and bear sole responsibility for their interactions with the ME Network.

3. Jurisdictional Restrictions

Access to the Platform and use of services or digital assets may be restricted or prohibited under the laws of certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is compliant with the laws and regulations applicable to you, including but not limited to financial market, securities, and Anti-Money laundering laws. The Association does not intend to target or onboard users in jurisdictions where local regulations would require prior registration, licensing, or authorization.

4. Assumption of Risk

• By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of blockchain technology and decentralized finance, including but not limited to;

• The high volatility of digital assets and token values;

• Regulatory developments or enforcement actions that may affect your rights;

• Smart contract bugs, chain forks, or technical disruptions;

• Incompatibility with your device, browser, wallet, or jurisdiction;

• The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any applicable local laws before using the Platform.

5. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Association disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or claim (including consequential, incidental, or special damages) arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any associated technologies.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may include links or integrations to third-party websites, services, or resources. The Association does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. Use of such third-party resources is at your own risk.

7. Consent and User Responsibility

By accessing the Platform, you confirm that:

You are of legal age and capacity to use blockchain services in your jurisdiction;

You are not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited;

You have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer and the Platform’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and Modifications

The Association reserves the right to update or amend this Disclaimer and any related legal documents at any time. Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
