Since the official launch of Meta Earth’s public testing on April 17, 2024, the ME Network V1.0 public testing event has gone through nearly a year of development. Now, this important phase is coming to a successful conclusion — the ME Network V1.0 public testing event will officially end on April 16, 2025, at 23:59:59 UTC+0, marking the official transition of the Meta Earth ecosystem to a new growth stage!

Over the past year, the technical architecture has been continuously optimized, the ecosystem has expanded, and recognition in the Web3 field has grown. Thanks to the collective efforts of the global community, Meta Earth has achieved a series of remarkable results:

• ME ID users who have completed KYC certification have surpassed 600,000+.

• The global node community covers 40+ countries.

• The number of ME global navigators has exceeded 100+.

• ME ID and ME Pass wallets have been launched, and the decentralized identity system is gradually improving.

• ME Network has achieved EVM compatibility and initial deployment of a decentralized sorter in the testing environment, with ongoing upgrades to the technical architecture.

Every user in the Meta Earth global community has contributed essential support and trust during the public testing phase. These contributions have been recorded on the blockchain, and every user will receive the rewards stipulated for the public testing phase based on their contributions. The following are the deadline details for each reward users can earn during the public testing period:

Monthly Airdrop: This reward will officially end on March 31, 2025. The airdrop reward for the last issue (Issue 12) will be distributed to every ME ID user’s MEC address by April 7, 2025.

Check-In Reward: As the sign-in reward requires ME ID users to complete a cumulative 25-day sign-in each month, the last issue (Issue 12) of this reward will end on April 30, 2025. Rewards for completed sign-ins in April 2025 will be distributed to each ME ID user's MEC address by May 7, 2025.

Gas Fee Refund: All gas fees consumed by the KYC addresses of ME ID users during the public testing will be fully refunded to those addresses by May 17, 2025. Gas fees generated after April 17, 2025, will no longer be refunded.

Regarding reward collection, users do not need to take any action. Every ME ID user just needs to pay attention to their MEC address balance or transaction details. If there are any questions, users can always contact the Meta Earth official community admins or ME Pass customer support.

After the public testing event ends, Meta Earth will gradually introduce more on-chain growth incentive activities through proposals. Please follow the official social media channels or communities to get the latest event information in a timely manner.

The end of the public testing phase is not the end, but a new starting point for larger-scale applications and ecological prosperity!
